The Beat Freaks all events are alike, so our rate is our rate, no matter the company or client, which means you will not be charged anymore than a wedding for your event, giving you more of a budget to add to your event.

From the moment you inquire, you’ll be in direct contact with the band — no agents, no middlemen. This means no agency fees, saving you money! We’ll work with you every step of the way to ensure the perfect fit for your event, from performance timings to song choices. The booking process is simple and hassle-free. Once you’ve confirmed your event date, venue, and band lineup, we’ll send over a booking form and an invoice for the deposit to secure your date. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll add your event to our calendar. You’ll have ample time to discuss any details, and about six weeks before the big day, we’ll send a final confirmation email to ensure everything is set for a smooth and successful event.

Our Performance

We typically perform 2 sets of 1 hour each, or 3 sets of 40 minutes, depending on what best suits your event. If you want more music, we can add an extra 30 minutes for an additional fee.

You’re welcome to pick up to 10 songs from our extensive repertoire to be performed live at your event. Have a special song request? Let us know! While we draw the line at something like “21 Seconds” by So Solid Crew, most requests are welcome, and we’ll do our best to make it happen. If we can’t perform a request live, we’ll ensure it’s played via Spotify during the event. Between live sets, we’ll keep the energy up with a curated Spotify playlist until midnight. We guarantee a high-energy, unforgettable performance that will have your guests on their feet, dancing the night away!

Drinks Reception or Dinner Music

For a sophisticated touch, we also offer a stylish acoustic duo, perfect for setting the right mood during your welcome drinks or dinner. Since our musicians are already booked for the evening, the acoustic set provides excellent value, saving you over £100 compared to booking a separate act for reception entertainment.
